ImPOS Software Solution

See the ImPOS difference

Posiflex-KS-touch All of the ImPOS functions have been designed with one thing in mind - SPEED! So while the system is as high-tech and smart as it is, the one major advantage over any other Point of Sale (POS) system on the market is the speed in which you can use it due to using the latest in software platforms but also the intuitive menu design that is unique to ImPOS.

Front of House features

Menu Design

ImPOS menu design is based on having sub-lists and items within a sub-list. As quick as you can press buttons is the speed at which an order can be done, ImPOS NEVER slows down enabling fast based bars to spend less time waiting for orders to appear and more time taking money. Using simple "drag and drop" features in the back office allows for extremely fast menu creation.

Unlike most systems where you may find it difficult or impossible to change the layout of your floor plan, ImPOS' layout can be changed extremely quickly, whether it is deleting and adding in new tables or just moving a few tables around to suit a particular function. You even have the ability to save multiple different layouts and load them on demand, again great for functions and regular events.

One-touch key features include:

  • Covers
  • Change table
  • Merge table
  • Split bill
  • Table reminders
  • Table positioning / Table floor plan

This enables the administrator to lock an employee out of a particular function such as voiding or refunding.

ImPDA

Want to speed up the ordering process and manage outside areas with ease? Increasing speed of service with the use of IMPDA directly results in faster table turnover and higher customer satisfaction. Best of all, ALL ImPOS customers that have installed ImPDA are running their venues with less staff every week! Years ago wireless technology was unreliable for use in such situations as table ordering. Now with purpose designed PDA's such as the Symbol MC50 and stronger reliable signal strength wireless technology is the way forward. ImPDA is smart enough to know that when signal strength is stronger from one wireless transmitter it will instantly swap over with no loss of data. Directly from ImPDA users can select from five course groupings and selecting an entrée as main automatically prints it into the mains section on the kitchen docket. The industrial casing and strong signal strength ensure durability and endless connectivity to send orders directly to kitchens or bar areas whilst saving directly to tables. Imagine eliminating the time it takes to manually write down orders and then enter these orders at the closest terminal as opposed to moving directly from one table to the next knowing that your orders are instantly sent and saved and are correct! Decreasing double handling of table orders will result in fewer mistakes and will therefore reduce food/drink wastages. Through the use of Auto-modifiers ImPDA ensures that users are prompted for any meal modifications, adjustments or up-sells. With more time to service customers and less time running around, an increase in sales and average spend per table will directly result, best of all this is all achievable with a reduction in labour expenses.

Key Features of ImPDA

  • Each user log's on thus recording sales
  • Table information instantly available

ImCARD - Membership Loyalty

ImPOS' membership and loyalty is flexible so it can be custom-made to suit your specific requirements for your particular venue.

Discount Card

The most straight forward loyalty scheme is a discount. Customers swipe their card to attain a discount with the idea being to recognise them as a valued member. You can define rules for discounts based on what the customer spend is. For example, when a customer joins they may be entitled to a 5% discount, spending $1000 then may attain a 10% discount etc.

Upgrade Card

For venues wanting to run multiple different membership cards to distinguish different levels of membership, the Upgrade Card is ideal. A card is upgraded based on spend limits that you set. Similar to the Discount Card except the user can be transferred to another card type which may have a different set of rules or even allow them to spend points as soon as they spend a certain amount.

Recharge Card

ImCARD allows customers to charge or purse money to a card. This allows for faster transactions over the bar and also helps to ensure the loyalty of the customer to the venue. The administrator can define a set of rules for recharge so that it gives benefits in the form of a rebate or extra money when they charge with a certain amount of money. So you may setup a recharge rule to be $500 recharge receive a $50 rebate thus the customer receives $550 worth of value. Money on the card may be used in conjunction with other forms of payment, for example $2 on card can be used with $4 cash to purchase a $6 drink. Of course this is achievable FAST!

Points Card

Using a points based loyalty rule customers attain points each time they spend. You can define how many points per dollar spent although this is usually set at $1 = 1 point. A separate rule then exists to convert the points into dollars for example 100 points may be equivalent to $5 worth of value.
