CASE STUDY: Samudera Artisan Food & Bakehouse
Samudera Artisan Food & Bakehouse was seeking a Point of Sale (POS) system that would suit the nature of their business and be able to meet the needs of their operations. Our experienced sales team were able to discuss (and more importantly – interpret) the needs of the client onsite at Samudera Artisan Food & Bakehouse, and it was determined that a Bakery-Café-Restaurant Hybrid System was required. Solution Singular, fixed POS terminals were installed at both the front and back sections of the venue. A mobile ordering device (tablet) was instated to cater for table orders in the front section. Our technicians created the wireless network infrastructure to ensure full wireless coverage throughout the venue. One challenge was presented, being that the site required additional cabling to facilitate the addition of printers – Nat (the owner), completed the cabling works himself! The menu import was created and tailored to the new system using a combination of 21st Century Business Equipment experience and discretion along with ongoing feedback from the client.
